Chair: Chief Minister, Shan State

Participants: Around 50-60 participants from Shan State government, authorities from self-administered zones, township authorities, representatives of ethnic groups in Shan State, NGOs and development partners with existing projects in Shan State, local civil society groups

Purpose: To identify up to three townships in self-administered zones in Shan State that best meet the selection criteria (poverty, absence of external funding, commitment by township authorities)
