Consultation meetings in Magway Region :: မေကြးတိုင္း ေဒသၾကီးတြင္ အႀကံဉာဏ္ ရယူျခင္း အစည္းအေဝး က်င္းပမည္

Dear Colleagues:

It is my pleasure to inform you that the Government of Myanmar is organizing consultation meetings in Sagaing Region, Magway Region, Ayeyarwaddy Region, Karen State and Rakhine State to assist in identifying the townships that will benefit from the National Community Driven Development Project (Ludu Bahopyu Project). We are inviting Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Groups, Community Based Organizations and Development Partners with active programs in the respective Region/State to attend the meetings.

The meeting will be held at City Hall in Magway on 6^th November 2013. The meetings in Pathein, Pha-an and Sittwe will be held during November. You find attached a short note on the township selection process, the agenda for the Magway meeting and the project information document. Please note that all meetings will be held in Myanmar language without translation.

Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Groups, Community Based Organizations and Development Partners with an active program in Magway Region and interested in participating in the Magway meeting should please contact us at cdd.drdmyanmar@gmail.com by 4^th November. The data table for the Magway meeting as well as further information about the Pathein, Pha-an and Sittwe meetings will be provided separately.

မေကြးတိုင္း ေဒသၾကီးအတြက္ အစည္းအေဝးကို ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၆ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ မေကြးၿမိဳ႕၊ ျမိဳ႕ေတာ္ခန္းမ၌ က်င္းပမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ႏိုဝင္ဘာလအတြင္းတြင္ ပုသိမ္၊ ဘားအံႏွင့္ စစ္ေတြၿမိဳ႕တို႔၌ က်င္းပသြားမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ စီမံကိန္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ေရြးခ်ယ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္မ်ား၊ အစည္းအေဝး အစီအစဉ္ႏွင့္ စီမံကိန္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ဤစာႏွင့္အတူ ပူးတြဲေပးပို႔အပ္ပါသည္။ အစည္း အေဝးကို ျမန္မာဘာသာ တစ္မ်ိဳးတည္းျဖင့္သာ ေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး ဘာသာျပန္ေပးမည့္ အစီအစဥ္ ပါဝင္ျခင္း မရွိပါ။

အစိုးရမဟုတ္ေသာ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ား၊ လူထုဗဟိုျပဳအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးေရး မိတ္ဘက္ အဖြဲ႕ အစည္းမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ မေကြးၿမိဳ႕တြင္ က်င္းပမည့္ အစည္းအေဝးကို တက္ေရာက္ရန္ စိတ္ပါဝင္စားမႈ ရွိပါက cdd.drdmyanmar@gmail.com သို႔ ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၄ ရက္ထက္ ေနာက္မက်ေစဘဲ ဆက္သြယ္ အေၾကာင္းၾကားပါရန္ႏွင့္ ပုသိမ္၊ ဘားအံႏွင့္ စစ္ေတြၿမိဳ႕တို႔၌ က်င္းပသြားမည့္ အစီအစဥ္မ်ားကို ဆက္လက္ အေၾကာင္းၾကားသြားမည္ ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း ေလးစားစြာ အေၾကာင္းၾကားပါသည္။
