ေက်းလက္ေဒသ ဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး ဦးစီးဌာနမွ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးစိုးကိုကို ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္အဖြဲ႕အား လက္ခံေတြ႔ဆံု - U Soe Ko Ko, Director General of Department of Rural Development, meet with World Bank Group

ေက်းလက္ေဒသ ဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး ဦးစီးဌာန ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးစိုးကိုကိုႏွင့္ အဖြဲ႕သည္ ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္မွ Task Team Leader Mr. Markus Koster ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ အဖြဲ႕အား လက္ခံေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့သည္။ 

အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ Mr. Markus က ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိသည့္ လူထုအေျချပဳ ဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးေရးအမ်ိဳးသားစီမံကိန္း၏ Task Team Leader အျဖစ္ Mr. Ingo က လႊဲေျပာင္းတာဝန္ယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားပါသည္။ 

ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္အဖြဲ႔ လာေရာက္ေတြ႔ဆံုသည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရင္းမွာ စီမံကိန္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ DRD ၏ ေဆာင္ရြက္ ျပီးစီးမႈအေျခအေနမ်ားကို လာေရာက္ ေလ့လာ စစ္ေဆး၍ လိုအပ္သည့္ အခ်က္မ်ားကို ကူညီေပးျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း၊ DRD အဖြဲ႔သားမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္၏ လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ တတ္ႏိုင္သမၽွ ကိုက္ညီေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ထားသည္ကို ေတြ႔ရပါေၾကာင္း၊ အနည္းငယ္ လြဲမွားေနသည့္ အခ်ိဳ႕ေဆာင္ရြက္မ်ားမွာလည္း လုပ္ကိုင္ရသည့္ အဆင့္ မ်ားျပားျခင္းႏွင့္ လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားကို ရင္းႏွီးကြၽမ္းဝင္မႈ မရွိေသးေသာေၾကာင့္သာ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းေျပာၾကားပါသည္။ 

ကမၻာဘဏ္အေနျဖင့္ အျခားႏိုင္ငံမ်ားတြင္လည္း CDD project မ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိသည့္အတြက္ ထိုႏိုင္ငံမ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္ ေလ့လာႏိုင္ရန္ စီစဥ္ထားပါေၾကာင္း၊ ထိုကဲ့သုိ႔ သြားေရာက္ေလ့လာျခင္းျဖင့္ ထိုႏိုင္ငံမ်ားတြင္ မည္ကဲ့သို႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနသည္၊ ဘာေၾကာင့္ ဤကဲ့သို႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရသည္ဆိုသည့္ အခ်က္မ်ားကို သိရွိခြင့္ရမည္ျဖစ္ ေၾကာင္း၊ ထို႔အျပင္ လက္ရွိေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိသည့္ စီမံကိန္း အေျခအေနမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ အျခားဝန္ၾကီး ဌာနမ်ားထံ အသိေပး ေဆြးေႏြးဖလွယ္မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ပါက ပိုမိုအက်ိဳးမ်ားမည္ဟု ယူဆပါေၾကာင္း  ေျပာၾကားပါသည္။

ေက်းလက္ေဒသ ဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး ဦးစီးဌာန ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး ဦးစိုးကိုကိုကလည္း ဦးစီးဌာနအေနျဖင့္ CDD project ကို ေအာင္ေအာင္ျမင္ျမင္၊ အခ်ိန္မီ အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ၾကိဳးစား ေနပါေၾကာင္း၊ မိမိတို႔ဦးစီးဌာနသည္ မၾကာေသးမီအခ်ိန္က  ေမြးျမဴေရး၊ ေရလုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္ ေက်းလက္ေဒသ ဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးေရး ဝန္ၾကီးဌာနေအာက္သို႔ ေျပာင္းေရႊ႕႔ဖြဲ႔စည္းခဲ့ပါေၾကာင္း၊ ေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္ အလုပ္႐ံု ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ား က်င္းပျခင္းျဖင့္ စီမံကိန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳမ်ားကို အျခားဝန္ၾကီးဌာနမ်ားသို႔ မၽွေဝေပးရန္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း၊ Mr. Markus အေနျဖင့္ CDD စီမံကိန္း၏ Task Team Leader အျဖစ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့သည့္အခ်ိန္ တြင္ ဦးစီးဌာနသို႔ မ်ားစြာ အကူအညီေပးခဲ့သည့္အတြက္ ေက်းဇူးတင္ရွိပါေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

Mr. Markus က စီမံကိန္း အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရာတြင္ အခက္အခဲမရွိ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ျခင္းမွာ ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္၏ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ေၾကာင့္သာမဟုတ္ဘဲ ေက်းလက္ေဒသဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး ဦးစီးဌာန၏  ၾကိဴးစား အားထုတ္မႈသည္သာ အဓိကျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

U Soe Ko Ko, Director General of Department of Rural Development and party accepted the appointment with Mr. Markus Kostner Task Team Leader and party from World Bank. 

In the meeting, Mr. Markus announced that Mr. Ingo will be assigned as Task Team Leader of National Community Driven Development Project on behalf of him. 

The reason of meeting by the World Bank Group is to inspect the accomplishments of DRD and to fulfill the requirements if necessary. It is found out that DRD has tried all out effort to meet with the policies of World Bank and despite few mistakes, it is because of unfamiliarity with the policies and various steps to implement the tasks.

World Bank has plan to go and check other ongoing CDD projects in the other countries to find out how the concerned countries implement the projects and the reason they do that. Furthermore, it will be beneficial for the project if the current project measures are informed to the other Ministries and if they get participate in the discussion. 

U Soe Ko Ko, Director General of Department of Rural Development also said that the Department was trying hard to implement CDD project in time successfully, this department had been organized under the management of Ministry of Livestock, Fisheries and Rural Development recently, this department would conduct the workshops so that project experiences could be shared among other Ministries, and the department appreciated Mr. Markus who supported the department a lot as a Task Team Leader of CDD. 

Mr. Markus said that the accomplishments without any difficulties was because of not only the world bank's assistance but also the main effort by the Department of Rural Development.
